At the end of 2019, following the parent company "Peker Plada's" decision to close the operations of "Yamco Yadez Industries" as part of a group-wide efficiency drive, the CEO of "Yamco" — Broitman Shmuel, holding a bachelor's degree in management and logistics, with over 15 years of experience in industrial project construction including about 10 years in agricultural buildings, founded "Broitman Projects" as the successor to "Yamco".

The company's main business is construction for agriculture and industry, such as: greenhouses and growing houses, poultry houses, dairy barns, packing houses, logistics centers, sheds, and any other agricultural and/or industrial structure, customized to the client's requirements in a design-build format.

Years of experience in growing houses and industrial structures allow us to offer clients solutions in a turnkey project format, sustainability-oriented, environmentally friendly, and agriculturally profitable. The wide range of models allows them to be adapted to different client needs, including adaptation to investment budgets. The components we use to build growing houses are approved by the Israel Standards Institute, and all imported items are approved by the relevant international standards.

The company's execution scope spans a wide range of products, from simple structures to high-technology-based structures including computerized command and control systems. Greenhouse structures are adapted to various types of cladding, such as: polyethylene, PVC, polycarbonate, and of course they can be adapted to carry solar panels.
